Tiffany is a wife and mother to four beautiful children. A dedicated Birth Doula and Mindfully Prepared Birth Instructor since 2022, she has a deep passion for learning and continually expanding her knowledge to better support the families she serves. She is currently gaining education in Postpartum Doula training, Bengkung Belly Binding, and foot zoning for moms and babies. From a young age, she felt a deep connection to pregnancy, birth, and the incredible journey of motherhood.

What truly ignited Tiffany’s passion for birth work was her own experience—each of her children arrived in their own unique way, from an emergency Cesarean to a home birth. This personal journey allows her to deeply empathize with and support mamas, no matter what path their birth takes. Tiffany believes that when a woman feels safe, informed, and surrounded by support, that mama can step into her transformative birthing experience with confidence and strength.

Tiffany serves as the president of The Birth Village, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting, educating, and empowering mothers throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Through her leadership, she works to build a strong, connected community where women and families have access to the resources, guidance, and encouragement they need during the transformative journey of bringing children into the world.

When she’s not supporting families, Tiffany enjoys soaking in the sunshine on the beach with a good book, exploring the breathtaking red rock landscapes of Southern Utah and cherishing quality time with her family.
